Your cap resets on your anniversary date each year. Once you cap, you keep 100% of every commission — only paying small per-transaction fees until the year resets.
What qualifies: A personal transaction is when an eXp agent buys or sells real estate they personally own or are purchasing — property with a direct personal financial interest. This is not a client transaction.
